Movement through Middle Eastern Dance- 5 Week program.

In this vibrant cultural program, each session is designed to connect the body and mind through flowing gestures, grounded footwork, and joyful cultural expression.

Whether you're new to dance or have prior experience, you'll explore techniques that honor tradition while encouraging personal creativity—all in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What’s involved:

• Introduction to Middle Eastern dance
• Warm-up and cool-down, including gentle stretches
• Fundamental movement techniques
• Mind-body connection through dance

When: Friday 20th Feb 26 (this class will run for 5 weeks you will need to purchase tickets each week for the sessions you want to attend)

Time: 6pm-7pm

Where: John McVeity Centre, 182 Peachey Rd, Smithfield Plains

Ages: 15+

Cost: $5

Note: Hip Scarves will be provided to use during class.

Things to Remember:

• 1 ticket per participating person is required
• Bring a drink bottle and workout towel.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement, comfortable socks or dance shoes.
• If you are unwell, please stay home
