Creative Expressions is a workshop rooted in the concept of art as healing with Art Therapist Julie Chaplin of Insight Art Therapy.

The focus will be on exploring self using a variety of art materials and simple, fun, therapeutic art directives to help you tune into your own inner creative for insight, clarity, and wisdom.

No art experience required.
