With music, rhythm, and drumsticks in hand, you'll be moving, laughing, and sweating in the best way. It's so fun you won't even realize you're working out, but your heart will thank you!

All people 16 years of age or older, regardless of fitness level, are welcome. Registration is not required. Just bring your energy, we'll bring the beat! 🥁🎵
