Make some new friends, get to know those around you or share a practice with a loved one.You will be guided through an hour long Yoga practice including sun salutations, uplifting breathing techniques, guided relaxation with sound! Leaving you refreshing and recharged for the weekend ahead!Please bring your own mat, (props, blanket optional) and a drink! If you do not own a mat, please let me know in advance as I have a limited amount to borrow.After registration, a location pin and form will be sent to complete before attending this class.Everybody welcome.Manoj is an experienced Hatha, Vinyasa, Breathwork and Yin Yoga teacher, sound practitioner and Ayurvedic therapist based in Birmingham. With over 700 hours of training experience, he is passionate about making yoga and ayurveda accessible to all people.
