Whether you are stepping onto the mats for the first time or looking to refine your competition skills, this seminar offers the chance to learn directly from a champion.

In this two hour seminar, Danielle will break down No Gi techniques step by step, focusing on how and why they work. The session is designed to be supportive and welcoming for women of all experience levels.
