Nothing clears the mind better than a cold dip and nothing invigorates the body in the same way as a Cold Plunge. 5 seconds or 5 minutes doesn't matter!

Warm yourself by a fire or in a Hot Tent with a Cup of Soup for Dippers. Just bring a mug, towel and swimming clothes and you are set for a great mental and physical challenge.

For moral support a Group Dip will take place at 12 Midday! Feel free to dip at will!
