Relax + Receive on NYE

Relax and Receive on New Years Eve! Join Jenn + Dan for a blissful relaxing practice to close out the year!

Jenn will lead a gentle restorative flow using supportive props and gentle grounding assists while Dan plays live music and serenades you into rest.

Class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, offering reflection and intention setting before ringing in 2026.
