Heartshine: A Thanksgiving Event of Gratitude, Community, and Grounding

Join Heartshine, the Muncilwellness music group, to celebrate the joy of Thanksgiving. This celebration will be an experiential event that includes live music, vocal performances, sing a long chants, sun salutations, and concluding with a relaxing gong sound immersion. This is a perfect opportunity to ground yourself in appreciation, community, and abundance.
No yoga experience is necessary.
Heartshine is the musical group from Muncilwellness. Kim Muncil is a 500hr Kundalini yoga and meditation instructor as well as a certified Breath Coach. Bob Muncil is a yoga and meditation teacher, recovery coach, and musician. Laleh Nader, also a yoga instructor, brings with her a professional musical background and amazing vocals.
