A Therapeutic Reset for Mind + Body

This 90-minute evening workshop offers space to slow down, unwind, and gently reset after the demands of daily life. Using therapeutic yoga practices, we’ll explore how stress and overwhelm live in the body and mind—and how we can intentionally work with the nervous system to return to balance.

Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided rest, we’ll focus on regulating the nervous system and “resetting the settings” of the mind. The experience is grounding, accessible, and supportive, with an emphasis on listening inward rather than pushing or fixing.

This workshop is not about performance or perfect poses. It’s about creating the conditions for ease, clarity, and resilience to naturally arise. You’ll leave feeling more settled, connected, and resourced—with simple tools you can carry into everyday life when things start to feel like too much.
