We are delighted to invite you to the MSLETB - Sligo College XRHub Open Event.

The Sligo College XRHub is a dedicated space for immersive technology, designed to support education, training, and industry in exploring Immersive Technology. Based in Strandhill Sligo, it brings together virtual reality, augmented reality, 3D design, and digital tools in a practical, hands-on environment. The XRhub is focused on more than just showcasing technology, it’s about helping people understand where it adds real value, building confidence to use it, and supporting skills development across sectors. By connecting educators, learners, and industry, the XRHub acts as a collaborative space where ideas can be tested, skills can grow, and innovation can take shape in a meaningful and accessible way.

Community Day 2pm - 3pm

We will have activities including:

Virtual Reality (VR)
Augmented Reality (AR)
3D Printing
LEGO Spike Robotics: Build, code & race
Podcasting


Industry evening 4pm - 7pm

The evening will bring together colleagues and partners from across industry, education, and regional and national agencies to connect, share ideas, and explore opportunities to work together.
