It’s an opportunity to experience the foundations of coaching in practice, including deep listening and the use of thoughtful, intentional questioning.


Life coaching is very often misunderstood. It’s NOT about giving advice, fixing, mentoring, or telling someone what to do. Instead, it’s about seeing the client as the expert in their own life, trusting that they already hold the insight and understanding of what they need. 


The role of the coach is to create a space where that can emerge — supporting the client to hear themselves more clearly, access their OWN wisdom, gain clarity, and find their OWN way forward.


This can be especially valuable if you work with others in any capacity, or if you’re interested in developing a more present, supportive, and empowering way of relating.


This session is open to:

�• or anyone who would like to integrate this approach into their current work
