Movement practice
The session begins with a gentle movement practice designed to help you ground yourself, providing space and time to reconnect with your body and your breath.

Sound Meditation
We've created a haven of tranquility where you can fully relax and reconnect. Lie back on a comfortable mattress, supported by soft cushions as the soothing sounds wash over you. 
A unique soundscape then unfolds, featuring the majestic resonance of gongs, the bell-like tones of Himalayan singing bowls, and the gentle tinkling of chimes. These sounds and vibrations pamper your senses, inviting deep relaxation. 

SOUNDZEN offers a perfect antidote to the stress of daily life—energizing your body, calming your mind, and uplifting your soul.

THE FACILITATOR

Szilvia Bajada-Gardian is the founder of The Breathing Space Sliema. She has been working as a movement practitioner since 2003. Szilvia obtained her first Yoga qualification in Malta in 2012, then furthered her training in the UK by completing specialised yoga courses, and by qualifying as a pilates teacher. She attained her sound therapy qualification in Hungary.

Szilvia developed her own method that combines a mindful Yoga practice with Himalayan Singing bowls to support the process of uniting mind and body in a relaxing and energising experience. SOUNDZEN was launched at the Yoga Show UK in 2014. To train other yoga teachers on how to use this method, two years later she started running the"Sound For Yoga Teachers" courses.

Through using her diverse expertise and collaborating with professionals from other fields, Szilvia is passionate about creating unique and inspiring experiences which help you to connect with yourself and with others.
