Learn a sexy, old-school style pole and floor dance routine to Eminem’s iconic track Superman. This workshop is open level though some pole experience is recommended. You can wear heels or socks for this one.
🖤SUN 23rd 14:15-15:45 BASEWORK TRICKS WORKSHOP (Online option available)
Learn dynamic, explosive transitions and tricks around the base of the pole in your heels. Easier/harder modifications will be shown.
