988 Suicide Community Awareness Event

This event is focused on awareness, education, and open conversation around mental health, crisis support, and how 988 can help individuals, families, and communities.
Slayton American Legion invites All community members and families, EMS, fire, law enforcement, dispatch, Healthcare and behavioral health professionals, Veterans, service members, advocates, educators, and families to attend an informational event focused on the signs of Suicide.
This event is free of charge. Coffee, water, and snacks will be provided. The first 200 attendees will receive a prize giveaway.
