Along the way you’ll discover how to forage responsibly, recognise key species and gather ideas for bringing the wild harvest into your own kitchen.We will explore the hedgerows and woodland around the Horsefield while learning to identify edible wild plants, berries and fungi, together with their culinary uses and ways to preserve.Afterwards we will return to the Horsefield to enjoy a selection of homemade seasonal nibbles & sample some handcrafted herbal teas and seasonal infusions, exploring how different wild plants can be blended for flavour and wellbeing.
