Your Sunday morning wake up begins with an hour Pilates class incorporating breath work, core connection, strength and stretching ~ moving by the ocean and energised through the sun.

Followed by freshly made organic spelt pancakes with fresh fruits, nourishing granola, coyo, herbal teas and beautiful connections ~ & take home treats.
