- **Event Description**: We hope you can join us for our Mindful May series! For our first of two, we'll be working on: Intuitive Scribbles and Reverse Coloring! 

If you've never heard of these here's a brief explanation!

Intuitive Scribbles- Make random scribbles on a page for however you feel (intuitive). Then spend time intentionally coloring in the spaces it creates, rounding the edges and decorating as you see fit! The results are a pretty cool work of art and a way to stay in the moment while relaxing and creating! 

Reverse coloring- I'm sure we're all familiar with coloring pages. This flips that concept on its ear! We start with blobs of color on a page and then we'll spend time with pens or markers to try to draw pictures that fit the blobs. This helps with focus and creativity! 

There's no wrong way to do either craft! Registration is encouraged but not required, and as usual, these events are free!
