We’re excited to announce our 3rd annual Barktoberfest happening on October 5, 2025 at Bigelow Brewing Company in Skowhegan! This dog-friendly fundraiser is a hit with the community and features live music, food, drinks, vendors, fun activities and everyone's favorite.... the doggie costume contest!!!
Admission at the door is $10 per person, and under 16 years old gets in free. Admission fee includes 4 raffle tickets for the raffle table.
Sign your dog up for the doggie costume contest at the door, which is scheduled to start at 2pm. There are 6 categories to win this year.... 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize and also Best Duo, Silliest and Scariest! There will be cash prizes for the winners!
The Caribbean Comfort food truck will be there! And of course there will be wood fired pizza and craft brews available by Bigelow Brewing as well.
Come join us and help support the Somerset Humane Society’s no-K*ll mission and the 700+ pets we care for each year.
Please Note: This is a dog friendly event. All dogs are welcome, provided they are leashed and under the owner’s supervision at all times. Owners must clean up after their dogs.
