There are no choreography, no steps to follow, and no judgments—just the freedom to move however your body feels called.Rooted in ancient ritual and modern somatic practices, ecstatic dance helps us reconnect to our natural rhythm, release stagnant energy, and awaken joy and vitality. The music journey—carefully curated by The Seed PNW—guides you through waves of sound designed to awaken every cell in your body, open the heart, and deepen your connection to self and community.The Science Behind ItMovement and music together activate the body’s endocannabinoid and dopamine systems, helping regulate mood and reduce stress. Dancing freely supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and enhanced brain–body communication.
