We will be in the Radmacher room. This is closest to the East entrance.  There is two spots near the entrance where you can put your flashers on and unload your stuff and then park in the parking lot. 

We will have name tags there….please write your name on both sides -wear the sticker and place the backing paper in the raffle bucket. 

We will have a freebie table that you can add items too….**however before you leave the swap if your items have not been claimed please take them back. ***

Please bring a tablecloth and have your items in a box so that we do not leave dirt all over.  There will be cleaning wipes so that you can clean your area before you leave.
 
Since we had a lot of newbies at the swap last time I want to outline how this all works.  Use the hashtag to post your ISO (in search of) and what you have to trade/sell so that you can set up trades before the actual swap.  You can also just bring things the day of.  When you get to the swap you find a place on the tables to put all your items you are looking to trade.  (place any items on the raffle table or freebie table if applicable) Walk around the room and look at what other people have….if you see something you like you can try and work out a trade with what you have brought.  If you are new to plants please don’t let that discourage you from coming.  Most people who have a lot of plants (and usually are only looking for rare/expensive plants) will trade for plant supplies as well (pots, dirt, perilite, pon, leca, trellises, plant stakes, fertilizer, bug spray, etc.) But also get creative!  I have seen people trade plants for homemade cookies, pancit, paper towels, books, games, crochet projects, yarn, skates, cupcakes, beef jerky, baby wipes, candy, drinks, snacks….etc….. the sky is the limit!  Throw the idea out there and someone might be interested in the trade.
