🌙 Winter Solstice Gathering: An Afternoon of Movement, Reflection & Deep Rest
Saturday 20th December | 2:00–6:00pm
Thornton Hall Country Park, Thornton-in-Craven
As the year draws to a close, we gather to honour the Winter Solstice — the still point of the year and a gentle turning toward light.
This intimate afternoon retreat invites you to pause, reflect, and restore your energy before the festive season begins. Through grounding movement, mindful connection with nature, and deep rest, we’ll create space to listen inwardly and welcome the return of light with quiet intention.
