These 60 minute sessions offer you the opportunity to enter a deeply immersive state, safely cocooned in the healing frequencies of sound, connection, and shamanic energy medicine.

The intention is to create a space where individuals can feel connected, supported, and empowered by their own inner healing system whether it's to alleviate physical symptoms, improve nervous system regulation, or find a way to release something deeper such as grief or self-limiting beliefs.

Sound healing is an ancient art, considered one of the earliest forms of medicine. Its full transformative healing power may not yet be fully realized, but we can experience its effects. Through frequencies and vibrations, sound leaves a biological impact on our bodies.

Shamanic healing practices are rooted in wisdom passed down through generations. They can help us find meaning, a path to wholeness, and embark on a journey of physical, spiritual, or emotional healing. 

These sessions require very little from you other than to settle into a comfortable position and let the words and vibrations soothe and nourish you. 

Dress comfortably. Mats and soft faux furs are provided to ensure your comfort. Please bring blankets and cushions to keep you warm and cozy, a bottle of water for hydration, and a journal and pen if you feel inspired to use them.
