We’re turning the dial up and twisting expectations. This month the supper club takes a bold detour — a Mexican-inspired tasting menu built the way we like to cook: playful, colourful, and just a little bit unexpected.

Think deep, slow flavours. Smoke. Spice. Texture. But also… surprises. 

As always, it’s all built around great local, seasonal produce — cooked properly and with care
