Join Sound Healing Practitioner Lauren, founder of Fellbeing, for a deeply relaxing, meditative experience, combining the buoyancy of water with the soothing power of live instrumental sound. As part of the experience you’ll also have use of the stunning Nadarra spa facilities so you can come around gently and return home feeling truly grounded and re-set.
You’ll be supported onto your float (the size of a double mattress) by one of our team.
A blanket, pillow and eye mask is provided for each person to support your comfort, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
A short, guided meditation followed by a sound bath lasting around one hour, where Lauren will play the gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes, allowing participants to access a deep state of relaxation between wakefulness and sleep, known as Theta state.
Full use of the Nadarra Spa until closure at 10pm, including pool, saunas, aromatherapy steam room, indoor bubble pool, ice fountain for contrast therapy and two heated outdoor infinity pools.
The Nadarra spa is adult only. Sound healing is not recommended for those with a pacemaker, sound induced epilepsy or severe mental health conditions. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
