Join us for a transformative experience at Holistic House Skipton! Dive deep into your breath and unlock the power of conscious connected breathing.
Conscious connected breathwork workshop - meet your inner wisdom keeper.
This session will be using the breath work technique conscious connected breathing. This is an activated breath that taps into the wisdom body and its sensations.
Conscious connected can take the breather into an altered star of consciousness and out of the interrupting mind. Moving through and penetrating deep seated feelings and emotions.
This can serve to release stagnant energy, move through past traumatic experiences and also access creativity. Some people experience deep connection, love and healing.
Each experience is completely unique.
As this is an activated breath there are contraindications that must be read through.
This session will guide us into our inner wisdom keepers with a journey meditation and reflection before the conscious connected begins.
There are contraindications for this practice so please read through the list below. Please inform me prior to the session if any of them mentioned apply to you or if you have any other medical problem that might be an issue.

About Grace:
Facilitator Grace @akashicgrace is currently working towards her 400hr trauma informed breathwork training with international breathwork school -Make some breathing space - certified and approved by the global professional breathwork alliance.
Grace is now invited within her training to offer classes and 1:1 sessions. These will be at a lower exchange until she has passed all her training.
Grace has many years experience of meditation and spiritual exploration including studying various philosophies and Implementing a devotional daily practice. She is a qualified Akashic records reader , Usui reiki practitioner and guides intuitive development classes. Grace also works with nature to create bespoke flower essence sprays for holistic healing. Her approach is open and curious to all things while remaining grounded and centered on what matters most which is the wellbeing of the client.
