Join us for a transformative experience at Holistic House Skipton! Dive deep into your breath and unlock the power of conscious connected breathing.
Its Autumn equinox and new moon. Let's gather at this sacred shift and harness these energies to reflect and release as we begin to go inwards. Working with plant ally white poplar, the tree spirit the druids work with for this equinox. An ally to guide us into the inbetween, harnessing the energies of the body and the spirit.
Within the sanctuary of the body and the movement of the activated breath technique we can access our sensations, feelings and emotional world. Allowing us to release old stuck energy through the breath and discover hidden parts of ourself. The Breath works with our nervous system to create space and expand our capacity to hold ourselves and our emotions , to give them room to be witnessed, to move through, then to let go. Conscious connected breathwork can also help us to receive clarity and wisdom as well as release. Through our sensations we can feel our way home.
A short intake form will be sent out on booking to make sure the event is safe for everyone and created with intention.
About Grace:
Facilitator Grace @akashicgrace is currently working towards her 400hr trauma informed breathwork training with international breathwork school -Make some breathing space - certified and approved by the global professional breathwork alliance.
Grace is now invited within her training to offer classes and 1:1 sessions. These will be at a lower exchange until she has passed all her training.
Grace has many years experience of meditation and spiritual exploration including studying various philosophies and Implementing a devotional daily practice. She is a qualified Akashic records reader , Usui reiki practitioner and guides intuitive development classes. Grace also works with nature to create bespoke flower essence sprays for holistic healing. Her approach is open and curious to all things while remaining grounded and centered on what matters most which is the wellbeing of the client.
