The first race of the year in the Due North Race Series is set at the beautiful riverside location of Burnsall. Taking in several sections of the Dales Way footpath with around 500m of ascent. Climbs rewarded with 360 degree views of the Yorkshire Dales. Riverside paths, stone tracks and open fields provide a great mix of terrain suitable for those new to trail running but also plenty of challenges and interest for the more experienced trail runner. A perfect introduction to the Due North Race series. 

Race Venue –Start/Finish, Riverside Car park field in Burnsall Village.

With the Red Lion Pub in front of you (BD23 6BU)  go over the Bridge on the right and the car park field is immediately on the right. Due North Marshalls will be here to organise parking and direct you to the registration tent. Parking is included but please car share to reduce the local and environmental impact.

Registration
From 8.00. Runners will need to register at the tent in the car park by 9.45 to collect your race number.

Race Start
The Half Marathon will start at 10am & 10:30 for 12k . 

Toilets
A toilet block with Male & Female toilets is at the top of the car park.

Spectators can spend the day here in the beautiful riverside setting. Other good viewing points are Appletreewick where the runners will pass by the village pub. Hebden is also accessible by car or walkers along the Dales Way footpath.

Prize Giving
Prizes will be presented as soon as the winner of each category finished the race.
