Balanced Babies- Reflexology

Baby Reflexology is a relaxing and mindful experience designed for both Mum and Baby. It addresses common baby ailments, including sleep regulation, colic, respiratory issues, and skin concerns, helping to soothe and calm your baby.

You will receive a booklet to help you practice and apply your new skills at home. This is also a wonderful opportunity to meet other new mums in our welcoming studio.

Please note that places are limited.
