What’s a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a full-body immersive experience where you’re “bathed” in harmonious sounds. The vibrations can:
- Aid relaxation & reduce stress
- Encourage deep meditation & better sleep
- Restore balance to mind & body
- Inspire spiritual growth & wellbeing
Afterwards, we’ll move into guided art-making, exploring nature themes to boost creative confidence and practical skills.

Your guides:
- Melanie Simcoe (Harmonistics Wellbeing) – 20+ years in mental health & wellbeing
- Jane Carlisle Bellerby – 20+ years in creative practice & teaching
Together, they create a nurturing space for relaxation and creativity.
