Introduction to Forest Bathing

You may be hearing a lot of buzz about Forest Bathing, but what really is it? Come join Stacey Vinci, Licensed Therapist and Certified Forest Therapy Guide for this special sensory workshop and immerse yourself in an engaging lecture exploring the history and science of forest bathing and the healing power of nature. This informational workshop will also include a mindfulness meditation, invitations to connect with the natural land, tips for practicing forest bathing during the winter, and an herbal tea tasting.

About the Instructor

Stacey Vinci is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy, and a Licensed Therapist in PA and NJ. Stacey’s practices are rooted in a heart-centered approach that supports embodied wellness and helps folks strengthen their relationship with the natural lands around them as well as their inner sense of nature.

This event will take place in our upstairs plant loft (no elevator).
