Warunkiem udziału w treningu jest przekazanie dowolnego datku na wybraną zbiórkę charytatywną – dla potrzebujących osób lub zwierzaków.
Wystarczy, że pokażesz nam screena potwierdzającego wpłatę przed zajęciami. To Ty decydujesz, komu chcesz pomóc! 🙌

Podczas tego kameralnego treningu:
💛 zrobimy coś dobrego dla siebie i świata
💛 skupimy się na ciele i oddechu
💛 aktywujemy mięśnie głębokie
💛 poznasz podstawy metody Pilates
