Discussions will explore how Georgia’s estuaries support healthy shrimp populations and why choosing local, seasonal seafood matters for both people and the environment.

The experience wraps up with a live cooking demonstration and tasting of a classic Lowcountry boil centered on Georgia shrimp, showcasing simple techniques and coastal flavors that bring the ocean straight to your plate.

Cost: $30 per person. Registration is required. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
