Join us for a day of good lifts and good vibes, with a community Strongman event to hit some PB’s with a crowd cheering you on.  It’s your decision what to lift, with the money raised going to Mind UK and Hope Street.

Mind UK are a mental health charity, and through information, services and campaigns, they help tackle stigma, barriers and isolation so that everyone can access mental health support when they need it.

Hope Street is a community café and support hub in Ormskirk offering a safe, welcoming space for people facing mental health challenges. Through affordable food, peer support, and free wellbeing services, they help individuals feel seen, supported, and connected.

We'll be hosting 6 events, and you can choose however many or few you'd like to attempt on the day - it's still under the same single entry.

We'll have plenty going on, with extra events for people to try out for fun, refreshments, and prizes for the most entertaining lifts of the day!

Entry is £20, and is payable via paypal to bestrongpersonaltraining@gmail.com (F & F). 
Please include your name, shirt size, and the events you're wanting to do with some approximate weights (just so we can plan ahead and make sure we have enough equipment).
