Hi everyone
I wanted to share something new on the horizon -
Friday flow Frequencies
These are free movement dance sessions held once a month at The Hub in Skelmersdale - a safe, welcoming space to let go, move freely, and release stress through music and movement.
There are no steps to learn, no right or wrong - just space to be yourself.
We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony to open the heart, flow into free movement and expression, and end with a mini sound bath to ground and restore balance.
It’s an hour to get out of your head, into your body, and let go of whatever no longer serves you.
Wiggle, jiggle, hump, and shimmy those stresses away - in a space filled with sound, safety, and freedom
