Starting with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5-10 minutes which helps us drop into body. Followed by approx. 1hr 15 mins music journey played through wireless headsets (provided) which is a wave of different genres and rhythms for free movement. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. ? It’s a very warm, non-judgement and welcoming space to let go, have fun and be free to dance like no-one is watching!
