Crystal meditation & soundbath

Due to popular demand we’ve brought our crystal meditation and soundbath class to this coming Friday 14th November 6:30pm-8pm.
Come join us for guided class through choosing your own crystal, an easy to follow meditation, and into a gentle bath of sound to deeply relax and rest the mind and body.

All this against the beautiful waves of the sea at The Seascape North Sea Observatory, Chapel St Leonards.
