We are running a 4 week course, at a discounted price to help you find your feet. The course will cover spins, climbs, sits, and foundation tricks, and includes the skills required to link and flow, as well as building strength and flexibility as you go. 

Thursdays 6-6:55pm. 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th. 
The course will be £30 for the 4 weeks.
