SUNDAY, MARCH 29th
3:00 - 5:00 PM
You’re invited to AHA’s monthly Dancing Freedom Circle — a gathering devoted to intuitive movement, community connection, and embodied release.
Each circle will follow a gentle ritual rhythm:
✨ Opening community circle
✨ ~75 minutes of lightly guided, open dance — moving through the elements
✨ Closing circle to integrate, reflect, and connect
This is a safe space to:
• process what’s been living in your body
• find your flow and release stored emotion
• move meditation into the body
• feel deeply, without judgment
• connect authentically with yourself and with community
🕯 Our next circle is Sunday, March 29th | 3–5pm
The Full Moon in Libra (on April 1st) shines a light on balance, relationships, and the harmony between self and others. Libra invites us to restore equilibrium—softening into grace, beauty, and authentic connection while releasing what feels out of alignment. At our Full Moon Dance, we’ll use movement and embodiment to explore these themes in the body, finding balance through rhythm, expression, and shared presence in community.
Together, we’ll move, witness one another, and gently call warmth, clarity, and intention back into our bodies and lives.
Come exactly as you are.
No dance experience needed.
Just a willingness to listen inward and move what wants to be moved.
✨ Facilitated by AHA founder, Eliza Jean Greyce
✨ All bodies welcome
✨ Come barefoot or bring soft indoor shoes
✨ Pre-registration encouraged
✨ $22-44 sliding scale
