This may due to self limiting beliefs, hidden blocks, old traumas, lack of belief in self, lack of self love created by past experiences leading to self sabotage, keeping you stuck in a reality that is not what you desire, attracting or staying in unhealthy relationships with others and yourself, not attracting the best life you could live, or maybe making you wonder what the point in life is. 

Are you a people pleaser?
Do you struggle to trust?
Do you fear being left behind or out?
Do you repress your emotions?
Do you struggle to let things go? 

These are all symptoms of a wounded inner child amongst others. 

Then this workshop is for you. 

I will be guiding and supporting you in healing your Inner Child. You will not need to divulge anything during the workshop and everything spoken about remains confidential. 

Cost is £90 

Please bring:
A mat
A blanket
2 pillows
An eye mask
A photo of yourself possibly around the ages of 4 to 8.
A light lunch.
