- **Event Description**: Come and visit the picturesque full size railway with steam and diesel engines in the heart of the Kent countryside. This July Event day is a Classic Car special welcoming a wide variety of vehicles from eras gone by on display.

Set in parkland and woodland, this is a beautiful location with a number of attractions including rides on the passenger steam trains from Warren Wood station through to Stony Shaw and back again. There's a huge model railway, the open engine shed, traction engine, vintage engines and locomotives, tractor trailer rides and a Dutch street organ on display.  For the kids, a garden games area, indoor interactive train play table AND a treasure hunt to keep them busy all day. 

For this event day we Welcome R.C. Transport of North Kent visiting with their collection of remote controlled lorries and vehicles for a demonstration in the Engine Shed. A must for all transport fans!

Complete your day out with a visit to our Station Tea Room for a 'proper' coffee and some home made cake. Or grab an ice-cream or something tasty from the Grill and set out your picnic blanket for a fantastic family day out.
