As I prepare to return to Sitka full-time this June, I’m hosting a small gathering at Highliner Coffee Co. to share more about the work I do — and how Structural Integration (specifically the 10 Series) creates lasting change in the body.

This will include a short educational presentation (yes, I’ll get to nerd out a bit on anatomy and fascia), followed by an open Q&A and conversation.

If you’ve ever thought:
