This year, we gather around the table to celebrate warmth, connection and the beauty of autumn, in the magical setting of Masia Senciès, a 16th-century Catalan farmhouse surrounded by nature.
Our Taste Box Thanksgiving menu has been thoughtfully crafted to feel seasonal, comforting and elegant.�We begin with an Autumn Trio of delicate canapés inspired by fall flavors, followed by a roasted chestnut velouté with apple and thyme.�The main course features maple-bourbon glazed turkey breast, served with creamy scalloped potatoes, haricots verts with crispy guanciale, and the essential gravy and cranberry sauce.
�We end on a sweet, aromatic note with a pumpkin spice mousse with orange & ginger entremet — and later, handmade s’mores by the fireplace 🤎
The evening includes wine pairing, seasonal décor, candlelight, and live music by Laura Morillo, whose gentle blend of jazz, bossa and soulful acoustic melodies brings a warm and intimate atmosphere to the night. ✨
