About the event

2nd Annual Polar Plunge

Ring in the new year with a Polar Plunge!

We will gather at the Sister Bay Public Beach (which is adjacent to the YCSB) at 10 AM, do a quick plunge in the approximately 35-degree bay, and then drive over or walk even more quickly to the 84-degree swimming pool and the 102-degree hot tub in the lobby of the Yacht Club at Sister Bay.

Items to bring:

Bathing suit
Water shoes that will not come off your feet—flip flops or slides do not work!
A large towel or blanket
A folding/collapsible chair to sit in to remove your clothing and/or redress at beach
Something warming to drink
