Iki šio šaltinio keliausime per penkis mus išlaisvinančius ir labiau prie kuriančios savasties priartinančius ritmus: Tekėjimo (Flowing) ritmas sustiprins mūsų kūno ir jo signalų suvokimą, išplėsdamas neuronų jungčių tinklą ir suteikdamas galimybę patirti jautrumo džiaugsmą. Stakato (Staccato) padės per veiksmą ir sąveiką su kitais žaisti su kūno raiška, patirti aistros lengvumą ir ribų aiškumą. Chaoso (Chaos) ritmas mokys pasitikėti nežinomybe ir leis protui žaismingai atsiduoti gyvenimo patirtims. Lyrikos (Lyrical) ritmas – tai savasties proveržis, kai mūsų spontaniškasis “aš” taps matomas ir branginamas. Ramybės (Stillness) ritmas atvers erdvę mūsų išminties gelmei, kuri veikia ir stebi mūsų būtį platesniame pasaulyje.
