It is about allowing. Held in our serene Oasis Room, this practice uses fully supported postures with bolsters, blankets, and props to invite the body into a state of true rest. Poses are held for longer periods, giving your nervous system time to shift out of stress mode and into rest, repair, and healing. This class is especially beneficial for those feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, emotionally depleted, or physically tense. It supports stress reduction, improved sleep, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity. Perfect for all levels and all bodies. No experience needed. Everything is provided — mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks. Just come as you are and bring water if you'd like. ? Many people experience a meditative state, the mind growing quiet while the body integrates healing on a deeper level.
