Come celebrate the big, satisfying flavors of Tex-Mex cuisine in this fun and engaging cooking class with Chef April Johnson! From an indulgent steak, cheese, and bacon quesadilla, to a cinnamon-kissed arroz con leche, learn to prepare Tex-Mex style dishes at home!

Menu:
Appetizer: Steak, Cheese, and Bacon Quesadillas served with pico de gallo and cilantro lime crema
Entree: Chicken Mole with rice, sauteed bell peppers and onions and corn tortillas.
Dessert: Arroz con leche
