Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign the injury waiver and complete all required paperwork before the workout begins.

Athletes will be evaluated through combine-style testing, including:

40-yard dash

Agility drills

Position-specific drills

Come prepared in proper workout attire, with turf-appropriate shoes or cleats, and bring your own water bottle.

This is your chance to earn a paid professional contract with the Sioux City Bandits or develop your skills and gain film with the Northwest Iowa Lightning.
