Kerri Tietgen is the Chief Executive Officer of EmBe, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across nonprofit, for-profit, and private sectors. Prior to joining EmBe, she founded and operated KT Consulting, where she advised organizations of all sizes on leadership, strategy, and organizational development. Kerri holds a master’s degree from the University of South Dakota and is known for building strong cultures, aligning mission with execution, and delivering results. She is deeply passionate about people, teamwork, and advancing EmBe’s mission to empower women and families.
