Meet Bima Microbakery: Hello! I’m Olivia, the baker behind Bima, an intentional from-scratch microbakery I started after becoming a stay-at-home mom. Originally from New Jersey, I love incorporating flavors inspired by my upbringing and family’s Italian-Peruvian heritage into my baking. My mission is creating high-quality baked goods using clean, organic ingredients and traditional baking methods. I focus on avoiding unnecessary additives like seed oils, artificial dyes, and other highly processed ingredients—something I found difficult to find when we moved to Sioux Falls. Many of my pastries are made with unrefined sweeteners or have limited amounts of refined sugar, and I proudly offer a variety of sourdough-based baked goods. My goal is simple: making delicious treats that offer a thoughtful indulgence. Meet Buzzed by Jade: Hello I am Jade, a 37 year old mom, who works in healthcare full time. I started Buzzed by Jade in March of 2026 as a way to sell my craft coffees. I had been making them for myself, family, and friends for years. I sell coffee, cold brew, and the occasional sparkling drinks at pop-ups like this one we are doing at Terra Shepherd. I make all of my own syrups with clean and organic ingredients. I also use local ingredients when I can. I use Daylily roasted beans for my espresso and cold brew, they roast their beans right here in Sioux Falls. I fell in love with coffee and a sweet treat at just four years young, so I was so excited to find my bestie Olivia at Bima, a cottage baker here in Sioux Falls. Her sweet treats are a perfect pairing to my coffee drinks.
