After obtaining her music degree, Kimberly enlisted in the South Dakota Army National Guard as a musician in the 147th Army Band based out of Mitchell, SD. In 2022, Kimberly took command as the unit’s first female commander, a role she still proudly serves in today. Kimberly's current musical influences extend further into several other contemporary genres, yet it is quite obvious she remains rooted to her first true love - country music. At any given show, audiences can expect to hear her dynamic vocal range and instrumental versatility as she performs not only original music but also unique renditions of covers and at least one tribute to our nation's heroes.
